The audience and judges were impressed by the performance of Veronika Dinova on the palomino stallion of the Tatar breed called Alan, which was presented to the university by the Head of the Republic of Tatarstan- R.N. Both the students and their four-legged partners received well-deserved awards. And now everyone is getting ready for new competitions. They will be held in the horse-riding arena in mid spring.

In her speech, O.N. Lut reminded that the head of state has set a task for the industry to increase the production of agro-industrial complex products by a quarter by 2030 compared to 2021, and exports - by one and a half times. To achieve these indicators, special attention should be paid to personnel training. Now about 6 million people work in the agro-industrial complex, and by 2030 at least 6.2 million people should be employed in the industry.
Currently, there are 57 agrarian universities in Russia, which are under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Education and Science. They should have a unified policy, and training should be organized to solve one task - to ensure food security of the country, said Oksana Lut. At the same time, she stressed the need to prioritize agrarian education in sectoral universities - budget places should be formed and filled exclusively in specialized areas of training.
The delegation of the Timiryazev Academy headed by Rector Vladimir Trukhachev is actively participating in the business program of the forum. On the second day of the forum there will be round tables on the topics "Higher and Professional Education", "Career Guidance" and "Science", as well as a strategic session "Communications".

At the opening of the forum, Sergey Martirosovich Kharakhashyan, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Union of Rural Youth, addressed the participants. "Such events as the Educational Forum, which will start today on the basis of Russian Timiryazev State Agrarian University, it is necessary and important to hold for our youth. The forum will allow young specialists to get acquainted with the leaders of the industry and get acquainted with modern trends in agricultural production. At the forum, the Timiryazev Academy brought together motivated participants of the "I am a Professional" Olympiad interested in creating favorable conditions for growing, preserving, processing agricultural products and bringing them safely to the consumer.
The forum events are aimed at developing professional and personal qualities of students who are passionate about agriculture. Participants are expected to spend three days full of lectures, master classes, meetings with leading specialists in agronomy and veterinary and zootechnical sciences, excursions around the university, as well as meetings with employers.

The conference was attended by over 2220 young researchers, including 555 people from other regions of the country. The scientific event included hearings in 86 sections.
On behalf of Rector Vladimir Ivanovich Trukhachev, Vice-Rector for Science and Innovative Development Alexey Vladimirovich Zhuravlev addressed the participants of the plenary session. He noted that such scientists and teachers, as A.G. Doyarenko was, can serve as an example of serving one's Motherland and striving for innovative approaches in science and public activity.
During the final plenary session of the scientific-practical conference, students presented their reports, and the students' supervisors were awarded letters of thanks from the rector.

On behalf of Rector Prof. Vladimir Ivanovich Trukhachev, leading Timiryazev scientists held talks with colleagues from Cuba working in Moscow as part of the Russia-Cuba intergovernmental commission in the field of agriculture and genetic engineering. The purpose of the visit was to strengthen international cooperation and establish strong scientific ties between the scientists.
The discussion focused on research work in the field of organic farming, genetic engineering, and biotechnology. University specialists expressed interest in the qualitative increase in the number of students from Cuba and teaching Russian language students from Cuba at the Preparatory Department of the university. The parties expressed readiness to work on the creation of joint master's degree programs.
During the visit, the delegation of the Republic of Cuba visited the advanced scientific centers and laboratories of the Timiryazev Academy. The guests highly appreciated the material and technical equipment of the university departments.

The Rector, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Professor Vladimir Trukhachev, thanked the university staff for their unprecedented activity in the elections and the highest support for the current President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin. Projects of international scale are implemented by the world-class scientific center "Agrotechnologies of the Future", created on the basis of the university. In turn, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Al-Firdous" Salah Hantoush told about the activities of his company. He thanked the university staff and personally Rector V.I. Trukhachev for warm welcome and expressed readiness to establish close ties with the advanced agrarian university. Such partnership, in his opinion, is intended to give a positive effect for the agrarian industry of the Republic of Iraq.
The parties agreed that Russian Timiryazev State Agrarian University will participate in a joint pilot project on revitalization of agriculture in the Republic of Iraq. The University will organize agrochemical analysis of soil, based on the results of which recommendations on land use, irrigation, selection of grain crops will be developed. These recommendations will form the basis of the wheat breeding program in the Republic of Iraq.
